DLS Service - CNC Custom Cutting

Our custom cutting service is based on an hourly rate of $125 per hour and includes any needed additional design time. Once completed, we will send you an invoice for the final service cost plus the total shipping cost.

A $25 deposit is required to reserve your spot in our queue and will be deducted from the final cost of service. 

What leather can be cut: Leather purchased directly from us or supplied by you can be cut. Our machine can accommodate a number of different sizes including panels, scraps, full sides, etc.

Patterns: If you have your own design, please upload the file, and we'll take a look. We can also cut any of our own DLS patterns found here if you are interested.

If you do not have a ready digital pattern and need our help with some pattern work, that service is available here.

Turnaround time: Would be dependent on quantity and how long it takes to get the pattern formatted correctly, but once dialed in, cutting should be completed within 5-10 business days.

When an order is placed, you will receive a form to fill out (please check spam folders). Once completed and sent back to us, we will send you a shipping label. If you prefer using your own label, you can ship with a carrier of your choice to us at
