Notes: Firm tempered with a silky smooth grain side.  It's stuffed with just the right amount enough fat and oil to give it a moderately dense consistency without feeling greasy or heavy.  It burnishes like a dream, which leads to some gorgeous edges because of it being struck through.

GRADING:

- Grade A - Great quality, very little to no flaws beside what is mentioned above.

- Grade B - Not-so-perfect - will have more noticeable range marks or scratches, broken grain, or slight color variation over a small portion of the panel.
