Especially for beginners, the task of finding shoe lasts can be daunting and expensive. It was definitely a struggle for me, and cost way more than it needed to. Whether you're a noob or a seasoned vet, our goal is to build a last program that makes it easier, faster, and cheaper to get what you need.
About these Birkenstock lasts:
- Sizes 38-50 (EU D width)
- Bottoms are contoured to sit flush on Birkenstock footbeds
- Bifurcated (split) toe design makes it easier to craft flip flops and other designs with toe straps
- No steel heel plate

Used these to build some mules and will likely use it for other builds as well. I harvested some cork footbeds from an old pair in the exact sized last I purchased and they fit perfect. It looks I can use this last to build other shoes and I look forward to experimenting.
